People gathered at St. James Anglican Church, as did many across Canada, on Monday night, January 30th. Following prayers for the victims and their attacker at the mosque in Quebec City, Reverend Susan Spicer led the candlelight progression from the Church on Bond along Colborne St. to the bridge and back to the Church.
